Intro Day: Cypher System

Service Description

During this break in our house campaign, TPK's GMs will be setting aside a day to run introductory games in some of our favorite non-D&D rulesets! This booking is for a game of Cypher System with GM Sage. Cypher System is a rules-light system with hidden depth that can power any setting and aims to solve some of D&D's classic pitfalls through the use of in-game cyphers and narrative character creation. This session uses The Strange (sci-fi) ruleset, but explores other rulesets such as Numenera (fantasy), Old Gods of Appalachia (folk horror), Claim the Sky (superhero), and Invisible Sun (magical surrealism) depending on the choices made by the group. No prior experience is necessary and all materials (including characters) will be provided. This is a game for players 16 or older. Each booking is for one person, but you can reserve multiple slots during checkout.
