We do use cookies that may identify your browser or your tpkbrewing.com account. You can prevent this by adjusting your browser settings to disallow cookies from tpkbrewing.com, but this may limit our website's ability to function as intended.

How do we use it?

We use Device Information to improve the quality of our website, such as by optimizing load times or streamlining confusing navigation paths.

We use Personal Information to fulfill the relevant request made on the website, namely: signing you up for our newsletter and sending you ongoing communications, holding space for you at an event or paid booking and sending you updates or reminders, and replying to inbound contact requests.

How do we store and share it?

tpkbrewing.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our online services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We share your Device Information and Personal Information with Wix.com and their partners as required for the uses above, such as sharing your Personal Information with the Wix.com Bookings application to allow you to make a paid booking.
