About the event
Jess (TPK Brewer/Co-Owner) and Mauricio (En Vida Chef/Owner) will be teaming back up for a multicourse dinner sampling our beers alongside food pairings in a communal-seating environment, with pairing commentary from the brewer to accompany each course.
The expected menu is:
Duck rillette, toast points, pickles, paired with Lady of Embers or Acid Splash (N/A cocktail)
Salad: spring greens, hazelnuts, crispy prosciutto, paired with Arturo's Shifty or Athletic Mexican Lager (N/A beer)
Moqueca: fish stew with coconut milk, peppers, herbs, spices, served over rice, paired with Labyrinth Lager or Athletic Mexican Lager (N/A beer)
Stout braised beef cheeks, polenta, paired with The Ashbringer or Black Butte Porter (N/A beer)
Tres leches cake with local strawberries, paired with our Spaghett Beer Cocktail, Fog of War, or Golden Road - Mango (N/A beer)
