We're making beer poking (bierstacheln) a regular event! Join us the last Wednesday of every month where Jess will be heating special beer caramelizers directly in our oven Calcifer and then using them to flash heat the residual sugars in The Ashbringer Stout (or whatever else we have on tap that works well). The hot pokers change the flavor and texture of the beer, while adding a warm foam atop the still-cold liquid beneath.

It's $25 for a mug and your first fill, with subsequent fills at $10. If you have one of the mugs from a past event, you're welcome to bring it back in as well!
